In 1998, my aunt bought my first cell phone as a gift. I was so excited. It was Motorola’s CD 930 model. New models have been added over the years. Some companies were some of my private phones. I have done a retrospective study and have used 21 mobile phones to date. This figure shows that I have changed cell phones once a year. The reason for this frequency is due to the mobility in recent years. I determined the frequency of mobile phone replacement every 5 years. An ambitious target, but this is a necessary situation.
1- Motorola CD 930 (1998)
It was a heavy model. I was using it with a transparent case. I used my phone for 5 years.
2- Siemens S55 (2003)
It was a phone my father bought. I chose it though. It was the premium model of Siemens. There were polyphonic melody ringtones with TFT color display. At that time, internet was connected via GPRS. Therefore, low bandwidth wap was used.
3- Samsung SGH E250 (2007)
It was the first phone I received with my own salary. It had a very important place for me. It had a color TFT screen. It was a sliding system.
4- Nokia 5800 XpressMusic (2008)
It was my first touch screen phone I bought. Music performance with the Symbian operating system was a great device. He also had a pen.
5- Nokia 1100 (2009)
It was a phone I bought to work.
6- Nokia X3-02 (2011)
I think I bought it because I was looking for Nokia’s old performance, but it didn’t produce good devices like before.
7- Nokia X1-00 (2011)
I used it as a second phone.
8- Iphone 3Gs (2012)
It was my first Iphone phone. It was my second touch device. I think it was the best Apple brand phone.
9- Samsung Galaxy Pocket (2013)
Its small size was a great advantage. In addition, the performance of the device was surprisingly good. I used it as a second phone.
10- Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini (2015)
It was one of the worst samsung models.
11- General Mobile Android One (2015)
I bought it to work, yes it worked 🙂
12- Lenovo Vibe P1 (2016)
It was one of the phone models that I was pleased with 5000mhA battery capacity.
13- Samsung C5 (2017)
It was my second worst Samsung phone 🙂
14- Iphone SE (2017)
I used it as a second phone. However, he did not have a performance like the Iphone 3Gs.
15- Asus Zenfone 3 (2017)
Asus Zenfone, a model that surprised the performance even today, stopped production afterwards, but at that time it made a lot of noise.
16- General Mobile GM8 (2018)
I used it for a short time.
17- Iphone 6 (2018)
I am still actively using it. I did not update at all, so it works as fast as before.
18- Samsung A8 Plus (2018)
It was one of Samsung’s beautiful phones.
19- Samsung Note 8 (2018)
I always wanted to use a Note series. It was a great model. I think I can get a Note model again in the future.
20- Huwaei Y5 2019 (2019)
I bought it to see my work. The interface is a complex model, but the phone’s performance is fine. Only 16gb capacity is not enough.
21- Xiaomi Note 9S (2020)
It is the phone I use now and I am satisfied with its performance.
